What do you think about the quality of most retail salespeople you come in contact with?

What are some ways retailers can improve the quality of their sales associates?

Some are stellar and some are lousy. Retailers generally have to use the gene pool in the town they are in. Sometimes aptitude testing can uncover flaws and sometimes it can't. We all just do the best we can.

A:
Some sales people are good and some not so good, the ones that are not so good usually my complaint is, they dont smile while helping you or make eye contact, now fast food people are another story, its rare when I get the correct order, the fast food industry has gotten really bad.
