Anyone know what a retail/sales person would do at Franklin Covey?

I want to do retail and sales at Franklin Covey, I'm 16 and wonder if there is much to selling that kind of stuff.

Are you good at planning? j/k I am sure the stuff isnt easy to sell because of the price. There used to be a store where I live and it isnt there anymore. I am guessing it was due to lack of sales.
