Aside from teaching, what other careers can be made w/ an elementary education degree?

I am majoring in elementary ed. I am curious to know: how transferable is this degree? What other job opportunities does anyone know of in which a BS in elementary ed can be utilized? I am really interested in finding out more about careers in which I'd travel.

you can travel and be an elementary teacher. Teach for the department of defense schools. You would be teaching dependants of military members in places like Germany, England, Italy, Japan, or even in the US.
