Does anyone know the best way to start up a home business doing medical billing & coding?

Im getting my certificate in medical billing and coding in order to get a better job. I have previously worked in the medical field for 8 years as an office specialist and 1 yr in medical AR and want to get back into it. My goal is to either start my own home business or work for a legitamite Billing company from home.

Other than finding a competitor willing to share their secrets or working at one via some temporary help agency, it seems you should know the answer to this better than anyone else. It should be contacts, contacts, contacts - get a major billing company to hire you and the rest flows from there.
