skills & Qualifications I've had volunteer work I've worked in mostly cleaning houses, I've volunteered at a elementary school doing janitorial work (I was trained by the head janitor). What skills are they talking about I need an example please help

You're on the right track. What the employer is looking for is what have you done for work in the past and what skills you have. Try to relate the skills you have to the job you are applying for. Suggest to the employer how your skills can make a difference for him/her.
