Just Me
A few questions regarding my Medical Assisting future?
Asked by Just Me
Starting this summer, I'm planning to get an Associate's in Medical Assisting and on top of that, I'm planning to take the board exam and get certified. So I'll be a CMA. On top of that, the college I go to provides internships at the end of my degree in doctors' office and other medical settings. All of these sound alright to me. But is there anything else I could do to increase my employment opportunities after graduation?

It sounds like you will be doing something to increase your employment opportunities--your internship. A very high percentage of interns get hired, especially when you make a great impression. and even if you don't get hired when you intern, having done an internship makes you more valuable.
