If you would enjoy being hated and despised then go for estate agent Surveyors get off lighter..and can make a decent wack Being a Surveyor is a real job -- less stressful -- decent remuneration possibilities (especially if you 'get in' with one of the big estate agents!!!) Being an estate agent makes you a lazy, good for nothing who skims money off the benighted house seller for doing less than b*gger-all! (Guess who just got ripped off by an estate agent £3000 for f*** all...except 'having a website'?!!!)

A Surveyor!!!!!! An Estate Agent is a specimen with no redeeming features or indeed any obvious future.

I don't think one can really say which one is a better career! It is also not fair too to say which one is better. Who is to judge chocolate ice creme is better than strawberry ice creme? The question you should be asking is which one suite you the best?! Which one do you enjoy doing? For example, I would not choose either of the two because those are not what I enjoy doing.

Career - Surveyor by far - and you don't have to be greedy, pushy and objectionable to do it!
