Has anyone ever worked as a property manager?

I'm planning to take a property management course and I would like to know if this is a fruitful field? Please share your experience and advice if you have any.

That would depend on your local market. The real estate offices in my area have agents who handle the property management. They take their cut but do not seem to do much beyond collecting rents (timely maintenance etc.). I do property management for some commercial buildings that I have an interest in, but would have to take on a lot more to make a living if that were my only income. Figure 10% of rents is your income - but you would have your own overhead, insurance, licensing.

titel was called Faciliyt Manager and did it. Very good and reward. You need to know on thing it is a seven day a week 24 hour a day job. if you need more information respond with a best answer and will get back to you. But happy that I did it when I did.
