My job is an intake worker. I found this job through a staffing agency and the company decided to hire me permanently. All I do is greet people and help them get their food box per month. I don't like it because it isn't full time and I am not planning to do this for the rest of my life. Once I finish school, I will work at my dream position. We all have to work somewhere while we are searching for other work.

I went to college and then entered the Corporate world. I had some good jobs but always felt tied down to the 9-5 routine. About 10 years ago, I started Avon as a hobby and loved the flexibility and realized they offered a program to make career money. After about 6 years I was able to leave my 9-5 job. I love being in business for myself. It definitely took some work to build my business but it has paid off. To me it is really important that you love what you do. I am very pro work-from-home businesses in general. There are many out there and if you find a legitimate one that has a good compensation plan, I recommend you give it a try. I am a training assistant at a major cell phone service provider. I get to teach employees about policy changes, the inner workings of phones and how to troubleshoot phone issues and become a successful technical service rep. I also create job aids and or some curriculum for classes and help out on the call center floor by providing feedback and support for learners. I love my job. I love teaching. I love interacting with people and being looked at as a "go to" person. If you are at all interested in cell phones and technology I reccomend you look into either retail or customer service for them in your area. The business is booming and is only going to expand tenfold in the next few years. It's a fun, interesting and rewarding career and it will provide you with some pretty good job stability! Happy Hunting!

I've been involved with electronic testing and repair for the longest time. At this point it's not important because of the opportunities available on the internet. No more j.o.b. Anyway, there's a speech that Steve Jobs gave at Stanford University. It's called - You've got to find what you love, or otherwise known as the three stories from his life. That's it. No big deal. Just three stories. http://news-service.stanford.edu/news/2005/june15/jobs-061505.html Whatever it is, you got to find it. Robert Resumecrazy
