Mein Kampf is a really great book to read to give you leadership advise. When wanted promotion at work this book gave me great advise to get the best out my leadership skills and give me strength. Plus you can find copies of it everywhere i gave you link to it below.

I need that too. I'll have to check back at your answers. I would say to volunteer and start a civic group handling a little problem for the organization. As for books They have Leadership for Dummies. There are lots of books. You need experience. Older siblings taking care of little brothers or sisters or mothers taking care of her kids do well. You may need to study marketing too. Some people work in Dept. stores their whole lives to not be a manager or buyer.
