I am licensed electrician and need job in industry?

I have two licenses •Electrician Construction and Maintenance ---ONT/IP (RED SEAL) •Industrial Electrician---ONT/IP (RED SEAL) but iam not able to get the job in industry. i am register with workopolis and monster.ca also. i live in calgary,alberta,canada. can you tell me any cover letter and resume builder site (FREE web site) and any other job hunting web site. i dont mind to relocate.
