What can I expect at my second interview at UPS?

Today I went in for a walk through and my first interview to be a part time package handler at UPS. I have another interview tomorrow. What can I expect?

Hi, if your 2nd interview is anything like the one I had in the past, they will try they're hardest to get you to not take the job. The package handler job is a really hard job, and they know it, so they want to make sure you're not going to walk out in a month. Other than that it's no different than any other interview. Expect to be asked to go on a third interview. I can't help you with that, I took another job at the time.
