Many colleges and junior colleges have library science classes, and many can be taken online. It's not something that just every school has though, so you might have to search a little. Or post here where you live, and you might get some ideas. Depending on what you want to do in the library, you might be able to just get a job and have them train you. If you want to be a librarian though, you'll probably need a master's degree in library science.
