Is Dairy Queen a good first summer job?

I'm trying to apply for it, but I'm not sure if it would be right for me. I've never done anything like it before, but that's because i've never had a job before.

I think any establishment is good for a first time summer job. It's what you take away from the position that really matters. First jobs are to show you what it's like in the business world. They teach you work ethnics as well as how to get along with difficult co-workers. Restaurants also make good entry level positions because they don't much much if any experience at all. Good luck!!

It's as good as any. Since summer is their season, they'd be hiring seasonal workers.

It might. On the plus side, you'll get discounts on ice cream. But, like any job, it will be stressful at times. But I think you could use the work experience, so yeah, it is a good first summer job.

Oh Dairy Queen is a great summer job!! My boyfriend used to work there (as well as all of my other friends) and they've enjoyed it. The people you work with are close and you end up having a great time. (Plus, you get a great discount)
