how can i get a job at disney as a hairstylist?

i have tried they're website tons of times and it doesn't work? i don't live close to it either. i'm in ohio...i was hoping to intern there this summer and maybe something would come up or i would be offered a job. i want to get into television work and i figured start at one of their parks on their shows and work up to it....any ideas anyone? i've tried every link on their page! no one helped me and i don't want to give anyone points. i told everyone i have searched their site over and over again-nothing. andif i knew anyone that worked down there i wouldn't be here asking that would i???

The best way to get a job somewhere is always to know someone. I suggest that you check around with people you know for others that have or do work there. Get a letter of recommendation from your cosmetology school. Get a letter of recommendation from others such as customers, bosses, church or civic leaders. Disney wants the best of the crop, so include any achievements in your portfolio as well. Once you have gathered as much information as possible about yourself, start gathering information about Disney. Disney is in many ways a conglomeration of many small groups or companies. There may be needs for hairstylists in several of the companies or departments. Learn about the different groups that may need hairstylists. Don't forget to consider their cruiseship lines, their studios, their marketing departments. There are many groups with Disney in Florida, California and other locations. Don't be afraid to cold call into their different departments asking for advice on how to proceed.
