Asked by misymagicg
I am a CNA and a HHA in Bronx, NYC and was wondering with these's two certificates can I apply for a position as a PCA or do I need another certificate?

There is no certification process to become a PCA. With your prior background, anyone simply looking for a PCA would hire you on the spot. Good luck!!

I'm not sure if there is a standard training to become a 'personal care aide' but rather if the job advertisement notes 'must have cna certification' or 'have completed a home health aide course'. PCA might just be another name for home health aide or such.
