What are they looking for with the new background checks for hazardous materials?

I think with new hazmat laws you cant have a felony. They will look for red flags too. I think its good , its a big pain but hey when you have so much hazmat cargo running around especially with all the gas we use it makes you wonder. I dont have to renew my hazmat yet but soon and I will know alot more. will have to study soon. and the background check costs around 100.00 on top of your lic. now I have to pay around 170.00
