Am trying to get employment (internationally) in Accounts-Receivables Department(Hospitality industry)?

Anyone who can help in acheiving this.I have 3 years work experience in a 5 star Hotel industry in the Accounts Department so am just looking for greener pastures as in my country we are not paid very well..I would prefer to get may be employment in the UK or US in California.
