How much money should a Assistant Retail Associate make?

I work for a major cell phone sale agency...I am being promoted to a Assistant Manager, What should my hourly base pay be? I live in a small town but was hoping to hear from other cell phone dealers.

It depends where you live but I think around $14 an hour plus commision. Or if you dont get commision around 30-35k a year.
