Any ideas on how to find a job working for a cattle operation?

My best friends husband ran a cattle operation on a very large ranch just south of Kansas City, the owner sold the property, he knows everything there is to know about the cattle business..he needs a job anyone know how to go about looking for a job in this field?

You might talk to a local sale barn, or feed store, or local ranchers period. They usually know the things going on around.
