I am working for a staffing agency (like Manpower) . This a temp to hire position. How can I keep staffing agency and co workers happy?

Do your job, show up on time, be there every day, be friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to make the team run smoothly. People will appreciate someone who they think isn't a slacker and is there to make their job easier. Don't be a kiss a**, but be genuinely friendly.

Talk to them about what they want to talk about...kind of go with the flow, but don't be too shy. Don't be a know it all either. Ask questions and give them praise if they helped you. That should help.
