why are you hesitating, isnt this part of the job that your Dist. Mngr works with you - for coaching, guidance etc?

Why wouldn't you ? Sounds like she is your boss.

Well, do you get along with her? Would it be a better position than you have now? And are the hours the same, is it more money or equal? Lots of things to consider.
