What is the best way to find a job in Electrical Engineering in Michigan?

what is the best way to go about finding an Electrical Engineering job? Anyone know about any place hiring Electrical Engineer's. Posted resume on Monster and Career builder. Have gotten some interviews, but nothing to great.

not in Michigan. Michigan is going down with employement every day. I recommend you apply down south a little bit. I know that in North carolina they pay $35/hour and in Alabama about 33
Michigan is great place but job wise, it's going down. You better start saving money and move. You have more chance getting a job down south
