Admitting patients on line for any health care, from my computer at home.?

Admitting patients, for hospital or any health care form home. I have done this at the Methodist Hosp. for 5 years, and also worked in the er admission. All I would need is the information on the person plus the insurance they would have. Then I would insome way send it or deliver the info the the health care department. Please answer.
