Naturally your going to want to get in some management classes. However, the old adage that nothing makes up for experience rings true. Experience is far better then any textbook or classroom learning. See if you can shadow or follow a operations manager. Or become an assistant to one, you'll learn hands on and have experience that employers are seeking.
