How can I get hired by an airline as a food service personnel?

(I mean where do I apply for such a job? I have checked websites of several airlines but none of them list this position in their career search. Are food service personnels hired by contracters? In Seattle a company name Flying Foods does the airline food, my nephew and another boy I know worked there. It doesn't pay much and the hours are all over the clock since flight times are.

I really don't think the airlines hire the food service personnel. If you are trying to work in food service. then I would recommend going to a company called Aramark.
