Does anyone have any experience working as management at Dress Barn?

I have an interview with Dress Barn next week for an assitant manger position and am just hoping someone might be able to give me some general information about his/her experience working there. If you have any idea of what type of salary they pay asst managers or managers, I would be, of course, interested in hearing. But more importantly, I'm just wanting to hear some comments about why people did or didn't enjoy their job there and why? Thanks :)

well, i wasn't a manager when i worked there, but i can tell you that my experience working there, for the most part, was pleasant. i worked there back in 1995 & 1996 when i was going to college. the people in general were nice (i actually didn't like one of the managers) and because it's not a super busy store, it was never stressful. all in all, i liked working there. it was my first "sales" experience.
