It depends. Most companies having listing like Corporate, Retail, Logistics in laymen terms Corporate=office work(no direct contact w/ customers), Retail(most likely direct customer contact)=customer service(cashier to stocker to store manager), and Logistics(warehouse, Distribution center)
As for sales associate for Target that may fall under retail.
