Contact your local Operating Engineers' Union hall and they can give you information on local training, apprenticeship programs, labor market conditions and hourly wages by type of equipment operated. Or you can go to your military recruiter, they are always looking for people interested in operating heavy equipment. They'll; train you, feed you, cloth you and pay you.
