what do they mean by ( maintenance level lll entry) this job is for an apt. building.

Usually for an apartment they expect you to have plumbing skills, HVAC experience and some knowlege of carpentry. So you can fix leaks, and heating and cooling, and be able to fix doors, holes in walls and so on... I think you have to be HVAC certified or something.

u suppose it is apartment supertenant or cleaner which is the same
