What is it like to be a hotel receptionist? I have an interview in a hotel on monday...... any tips or good luck messages? lol xx

Good luck honey, There's a lot more to it than you imagine. I'd go dressed in a white blouse and dark skirt, this will help whoever is interviewing you imagine you in the role. Look neat and have a friendly, warm smile, hopefully you're good at coping when unexpected tasks are asked of you,maybe you could volunteer this information before you're asked. You meet some interesting and cool people doing this job. Let me know how it goes. Fingers crossed. :-)

I guess you would need to look realy presentable and be very polite and welcoming and just tell them you will always put the guests first and treat them very well.

it is good job if you like to chat and greet people of different race, colour and country. i am receptionest in hospital. good luck to u in interview, i think u r girl just wear sexy dress, answer confidently, show great customer care and loyality and trustworthy. i remember 3p,s formula polite positive professional this always works, beleive me i will be glad if these tips will work and u find a job. mudassar 07973264877
