Career Questions and Answers

What would be the ideal job for me?
Asked by fungal_gourmet
I am a 32 year old male. I am a high school graduate. Previously, I have worked in a manufacturing environment (4 years). I've been a bartender(3 years). I have about 6 years of warehouse experience(two of those as a shipping supervisor). Currently I am a journeyman electrician. I just completed an electricians apprenticeship program(5 years in the electrical field). I am articulate, well groomed, and typically have a far better work ethic than any of my co-workers. I am very dependable and maintain a positive attitude. Anyone who ever works around me notices and comments on what a hard worker I am. While I feel I am fairly well suited for electrical work, something that I feel maybe holds me back is the fact that I refuse to take on the role of supervising other employees. The brief supervisory experience I have had was enough for me to realize that it is absolutely not what I want from a job. From this information, can anyone suggest a job at which I could earn $60,000yr? I live in the Atlanta, GA area. I have a family and extensive travel is not an option. I am somewhat of a loner. I am not opposed to furthering my education, but I would prefer to use the skill set that I already possess if possible. Currently I am working between 80 and 90 hours per week between my electrical job and a pizza delivery job, just to support my family. My electrical job pays me $19.00 hourly and a company vehicle and I make between $300 and $400 weekly delivering pizza, but I never get to see my family. I have to work this much just to make ends meet. I am hoping for some suggestions that could lead me towards a career where I could hopefully replace this income, but still have a bit of free time to spend with my wife and kids. Thanks to anyone who can suggest any ideas.

Well, I think you have much skills to make your own money. Most Electricians make much than they need. Since you are ahard worker, why don't you have your time to sit down infront of your computer and try many ways to make much incomes like some other do? I know 2 sites which you can sign in and wait for some $$$ to come in through your accounts. This are famous sites and everybody is making some amount. Just follow few steps and wait.
