First of all, let me know your qualifications. Are you choosing this profession because you are not finding jobs in your genre of study or is it your choice? The reason why I am asking is because I have worked as a technical support representative in Dell. It ain't gonna fetch you anything. Just a caveat before you follow that path. If you are still interested, then the possible questions are related to your customer service skills. Basically you need to use words such as Empathy, people's person, I put myself in customer's shoes and mellow nature. These are the key words that can help you get the job. They might ask some customer scenarios and how you may act upon it. Esp with irate customers. If you have good communication skills then you have the job. Technical expertise is secondary. However just brush up on computer skills like OS, hardware and lil bit of software. Nothing special

Basic omputer support questions related to the position and products you wil be supporting. Maybe some questions on how you handle stress.
I'm guessing you've never worked in a call center before. Everyone's gotta start somewhere and that's a common entry.

You need good custome facing skills and patience. Good command of the English language is always nice. Some skill in computers is a plus as well. Also a history of being on time and not a job jumper.
Good luck.
