Which occupation is the worst-coal miner or police officer?

Though there are more people to police and society is more dangerous,I'll have to go with coal miner.

Coal miner.
From working with all of the coal, their lungs are worse than the lungs of smokers.
Also, the mines can collapse at any time, which is really scary and sad.

but coal miner, hhmm look at the miner strikes.. if they close down pits u can't do that any more..
police is a dangerous job considering the asbo idiots around these days..
but ambulance n fire people.. thats tuff again.. they get rubbish, when they are trying to help ppl. I never get peoples mentality

It depends each one can be dangerous and do you like variety and interacting with people.
If you dont go with coal mining. Bare in mind thought that 10 years down the road you might have lung problems due to the coal dust.
