I'm searching for a job as retail associate in Riverside County?

I'm fiffteen years old. I can't seem to find a job. I tried looking at Michaels or Wal Mart, but that didn't work. I need a part time job to save up for rent when I get out of highschool. I'd rather work on the weekends but during the week would be okay. Any suggestions, advice, help, ect?

See if your school has a......oh whats it called??? It's a program where if you are working you can also get credit for doing so. I think you might have to wait til your 16 to have a better chance. Try fast food to start out - I know it's not that great but it's a start and you'll get work experience. Places like that are more likely to work with your school schedule. Bigger companies will hire minors, but they have laws they have to follow - like you can't work past a certain time at night and although they'd probably really need extra help on weekends, it's more of a 'pain' to work out a schedule when they have so many pay roll hours to fill and stuff good luck

You might be a little too young to be working. Some states require you to be at least 16. That may be a problem.
