Are keywords in a resume like something the hiring people look for when they are looking for a employee?? how does it work exactly. can you gimme some examples ..

A lot of time keywords are in the job announcement for example: Microsoft word experience. You might write Used Microsoft Word to create theme papers in college. Other keywords are created, managed, supervised, etc.

It means they are looking for specific areas or things you have done in the profession you are applying for. In general you want to emphasize why you should get this specific job and what you have done (you use keywords to describe this).
