applying for a job at a hotel as a front desk clerk?

Im applying at a hotel as a front desk clerk, third shift. Apparently I dont know how to fill out an application because I havent gotten a job yet. The thing is I reeeeeeally really want this job, so what should I put on the application to catch their attention? I dont have customer service experience, but I have experience working with a bunch of people at one time. How can I better my chances of getting this job?

Well, say that you have communication skills and that you can multitask. You should be very polite at the interview and you should smile a lot. you should also have good phone skills. If you have any of these put it in your resume and see what happens
