Is it ok for me to call a handicapped lady at work Hot Wheels?
Asked by vistazan
Shes in a wheelchair.
When i say hot i dont mean as in Sexy Hot. I mean she has a hot temper, shes a real total B!tch. She is the Human Resources Nazi and loves to treat everyone like as if they are scum - as if we are Jews at Auschwitz during WW2. Her highlight of the day is passing out points to anyone who was late or missed. After a certain amount of points she gets to fire you, which really makes her day. She actually gave out a "Point" to a man who was being hauled away in a ambulance after having a heart attack.
It isnt enough for her to have the Handicapped space at the front of the parking lot. She instists on having a special parking area reserved for her INSIDE the building - in the loading dock area where deliveries are made. They built a special area for her to drive her car into.
So is calling her Hot Wheels bad - since shes in a wheelchair?

well......this is a weird question :) but I'll give you my advice? Well if she doesn't take it offensively or ask you to stop, it's fine. I'm sure she just thinks 'hot wheels' is referring to the toy car brand, which is what i thought at first. If she asks you to stop, you probably should even though you hate her. no reason to tick her off, even though you probably want to. And no, she doesn't sound nice, but you still probably shouldn't, because really, if you want to complain to the head manager, you should, but don't complain to her. Is she your boss? if so, another reason not to call her hot wheels.
Hope i helped! :)

No. It's called discrimination and you can be sued for it irregardless of how she acts. btw...she probably acts that way because other people in the past were always mean to her or showed her no respect.
