Is there a site to learn all the Business Applications that Admin Assistant may need?

I'm looking for a Free site where I can learn Applications such as Quick Book, Lotus, Excel all the applications that employer asks for Admin Assistant to know. If you can give me some good sites it would be greatly appericated.

IF you already have those programs, there's always tutorials that you can use. Just remember that not all offices use those products so make sure you check your local wanted ads to find the programs the offices in your line of work use and brush up on those. Also, if you're going through a temp agency, the good ones have the normal programs and allow you to use them to brush up/learn skills.
