Asked by Main F
Hi Folks!!! I would be quite glad if any one could help me in knowing more about SAP careers. I am B Tech electronic graduate who passed out in 1996 and have 8 years experience in software. As i have left my job due to personal reasons and the software in which i had worked has less demand, i am looking at re-skilling myself in SAP. I would be happy if anyone can help me out in career prospectus in SAP and the module that would suit my background. Thanks a lot in advance.

OK ..since you have some software experience ... getting into SAP (skills wise) should be somewhat easy for you. but the next step of getting a job, you can tailor your prevous job experience towards your SAP skills. if you are good in Tech Area, get into SAP netweaver , ABAP , JAVA or Basis. or in Functional, get into SCM or CRM try the below sites for you to get started in SAP

I have no idea about where or what to educated yourself in, but I will say, good choice. There seems to be alot of information on education on the web. There is a hugh demand for skilled SAP people. Also check out Oracle, there is a large demand for talent there as well.
