How much does a medical transcriptionist earn?

Just wondering if anyone knows on average how much a medical transcriptionist make hourly or yearly? I live in Arkansas so if you could give an average for this state it would be great!

My sister-in-law does this, has done it for over ten years. She makes about 150K/yr. Of course, she types about 180wpm (it's incredible to watch her) and only does surgical transcripts. Her customers are all over the country; she works from home so your question about Arkansas is kinda irrelevant unless you just want to limit yourself.
