If you are a retail manager earning an hourly or salary wage, and you then earn a BS.. what are youre options?
Asked by UpwardMobility

After working as a retail manager for several years while going to school, upon obtainint aBachelors (particularly in a business or merchandising major, which would reflect ones current occupation) what is the best option, job, or career decision to make? I doubt a retailer will suddenly pay an assistant or store manager thousands more a year because they have degree... since it would seem that having such a degree one would never work a store level... but if you already are, and have the experience... what are your options for upward mobility?
