How do I find the the Director of Nursing (DON) at a nursing home(s) in the New York City Area.?

I am trying to find a way to contact DON's at Nursing Homes in order to set up clinical trials for a new medical device. What is the best way to go about doing so (i.e. getting in the door.) Any advice/comments would be greatly appreciated.
