How one can change the working technology from .NET to java?

Means if one have 1+ yr exp. in .NET and now he want to work in java technology then what method he should adopt? Note: In the current co., he cant shift because that company doesnt work in java Possible Answers: 1. He should apply in other companies as a fresher? In this case, the designation and package both degrades. 2. He should apply in other companies by showing java projects in the current one? Is this option works? Do HR people of next company enquire about the projects and technology on which candidate worked? OR Is there any other option?

Try developing your skills in .Net There is a lots of thing to learn in it. Since you have adopted as .Net developer it will be count with some java experience. If you are unsatisfied in .Net and wants to work in Java then try rganization which counts your .Net experience.
