How do you find companies that practice a certain type of sales methodology (i.e. customer centric selling)?

I am looking for a new job and I want to research companies with a sales/management philosophy that supports a customer centric selling type sales environment.

Nothing personal, but you have been around consultants too long....All of those buzz words are complete crap. The bottom line is that you want to work for a company that does not screw people over. You are just going to have to go by reputation and when interviewed, ask some pointed questions.
