What does a Nuclear Medicine technichian actually do and......?

How what is their income in Houston? Also how much does a LVN get paid in Houston? What about Surgical Technician? How much they get paid? I'm planning on going into one of those fields...so I just want a heads up.

Im not one but I am a health care worker and I know that Nuclear Med techs assist the doctors with procedures that involve inserting IV's and injecting radioactive isotopes into patients in order to get detailed images of organ systems, sort of like a scan, it's an important job and Im sure it pays well. Surgical techs prepare the instruments and make them available for the surgeon during a case. Both require meticulous attention and skill.
