I am a highly qualified Nanny that works with two infants. I want to negotiate my rate. How much should I ask?

I have been working for the family for 9 months and my actual rate is 13 per hour. How ofter do you get an increment on your salary as a Nanny?

No one I know gets a raise unless they ask. They usually ask once a year but this is usually negotiated beforehand (for eg. there will be a personal evaluation every January or something like that) and pay is usually 5-15% more.
