This is a somewhat difficult field to get into if you aren't interested in (or able to) do engineering tasks as well. I work with graduates in Industrial Design - there aren't a ton of places that are hiring. Have you checked Coroflot and the IDSA website? Coroflot has a lot of great listings. Also, do searches on non-design job search sites such as monster.com and craigslist (use a keyword such as Solidworks or Alias).
