What are the job opportunities in fire and safety filed abroad.?

hi, if i pursue for a short time training course in fire and safety, can i get work permit to work abroad?

After course completion if you can get even a years
experience as a safety officer there is good demand
in Arab countries as each civil or construction company
needs a safety officer. It is compulsory under their laws.

I dont know if a short training is enough, but there are possibilites to work in UAE.
