What type of job can I get with a BS in Business Management?

I'll be graduating this coming May with a Bachlors in Business Management. I'll be 27 and have worked for a financial advisor for 5 years. What type of job do you think I can get? I don't want to be entry level and of course want to make some decent money too. Some of my friends say - just be a manager, but without expieirience I don't think that is possible.

look for an entry level job in a business...purchasing, accounting, sales....you don't have to be a manager.

I am having the same problem. I graduated in 07 with the same degree and I have still not found a job in my field. The jobs that have been offered to me start at a very low wage. I am either too qualified and no one wants to hire me or I do not have enough experience for the job. Good luck with your search. I wish I could give you more advice.

Assistant Management positions in retail and then move up to manager. Listen, if you think you are qualified for better than entry, then you will find yourself stuck in that field of finance---you are limiting your options. But if you want to stay in finance, I recommend checking out work in a title company or mortgage.
